~ OWN DESIGN / Artwork ~

1. SMS ALERT

* Sms alerts to enable us to respond to inquiries or your order more quickly.

Type PRINT OWNDESIGN <name> <address> <EMAIL> <quantity> and send to 017-2600796

 2. RESPOND SMS

Upon receiving the SMS from you, we will reply promptly. Example: - Please send your artwork to thetouchofme.printing @ gmail.com

3. SEND ARTWORK

And after you received an SMS from us, you must send your artwork or design thetouchofme.printing@gmail.com, you must be in the form of artwork. Ai (Adobe Illustrator).

4. EMAIL: PROCESS

Upon receipt of your artwork, we will send you email - ‘Your reservation is being processed’ . This process is to ensure that your artwork is in the correct outline, colour correct and accurate. Here we will confirm back the details that you have created.

5. EMAIL: CONFIRMATION

We will send a confirmation email artwork. In this email we will send the artwork that we check to you and need confirmation from you. You only need to reply to this email with the word ‘Yes, I'm agree with this design. Proceed’ or ‘No, I'm still not satisfied’.

If you reply to email us with YES - we will proceed your order and you are required to make full payment or 80% of the total price of the reservation.

If you reply email us with NO - please specify the changes you want to do with your design. And you have to repeat the process 3 to 5.

6. YES

If YES, we will send you a copy of the receipt of booking with a booking number, the total order and the details of your order.

7. PAYMENT

All payments must be made through online transactions or cash deposit to Maybank account

8. PROOF OF PAYMENT

After making the payment. Please SMS proof of payment by typing PAYMENT <name> <receipt order number> <bank> <jumlah RM> <Date and time of payment> send to 017-2600796 or send a picture of your transactions to thetouchofme.printing@gmail.com

*receipt order number – please refer to the order receipt

9. CONFIRMATION of PAYMENT

After confirming your payment we will send an SMS to you: ‘Thank you for choosing Touch Of Me as your printing medium. We will process your booking application’.

10. DELIVERY

Once your order is completed, we will send an SMS or email you to verify the address for delivery.

* For CATEGORY and CODE you can see below the design you like.
